January 19, 2012

Members Present: A. Smith, A. Callaghan, B. Bullard, J. McCoy, Carol Carpenter,

Lunch will be on Tuesday, 1/31/12. The place will be NICOS at 12:30.

Please bring items for the panty raid to the luncheon for the children at Center of Hope.
Boys Sizes: 8-10, 10-12, 12-14, 14-16
Girls Sizes: 6-8, 8-10, 10-12, 12-14, 14-16

Beau and Arrow Ball: Please see e-mail from Anne Smith about choices.

Dr. Seuss Party will be Friday, March 2. The party will be from 3:30-5:00. We will have 30 children from grades K-3. Amy will do bookmarks and bean bags.

Treasurers Report:
$220.15 was raised from the fundraiser. We want to thank Kim and Jean Ann for our most successful fundraiser.
We have $452 in the treasury.
$50 will be given for underwear.
$32 left over for books

Carol will send a letter to Sandie about how we can help the NC State Pi Phi Chapter. We will wait to hear back .

Founders Days will be Thursday, April 26. Please hold the date.
